Help Via Email Upgrade Policy
VoiceWorld is one of the few software developers that still provides an unlimited flat-rate tech support and upgrade structure. 

For only $199.00 for the first year, you can designate a single (ONE) representative from your organization to send us email questions.  Additional staff members may also email us for help but for an additional cost. 

If necessary, we can arrange for a technician to telephone you back at a prescheduled time (usually after business hours - Arizona time). However there is a per incident charge to be determined by our sales department.

* Prices will vary for custom software, special applications, and T-1 installations because of the extra support which is required on our side.

Upgrades to existing software, which may include software fixes, can be downloaded upon request via email only by those covered under our support package.  Disks and printed documentation are available at additional cost. 

If your VoiceWorld technical support agreement has lapsed, or we deem that your version is too old to effectively upgrade, you will be required to purchase a new CD to be sure that you have a current installation available.

Periodically new features are added to the software. Some will be included at no charge. Others will be optional add-on modules, not part of the basic software, and must be purchased separately.
